Currently two A3s... but I think in the medium term rather one in Karoq/Ateca size and a small scooter for commuting to work

Are these internal or external dimensions? Basically, I would also find that quite tight for internal dimensions. You want to be able to get to the bicycles without having to drive the car out first, the same goes for the garbage bins.

Actually, all prospective builders should write this principle in their poetry album who want to scale the size of a specifically offered example house for price reasons: More square meters are added at the sales price, fewer square meters are only deducted at the purchase price. And of course, with a smaller house size, the "allocation" of the necessary basic equipment to the area increases. That is why many general contractors also say the price would only remain the same if the outer wall frame remains the same (this is indeed imprecisely stated but translated into the understanding world of laypeople).

Let's see what comes out now... in 3-4 weeks the floor plan change with the offer should be ready... Regarding the garage: I'll drive around the new development areas this weekend, someone is surely working there, and I'll try to get an impression... Does anyone else have a suggestion for the garage floor covering?

My parents had only the concrete of the floor slab for years. That is completely sufficient. Of course, it looks nicer with tiles.
