I would like to keep the second entrance to the utility room because the room is intended to serve as a "dirt lock" when I come from the garden/forest/work and for a couple of things we don't want in the living area...

The kitchen was only a suggestion from the planner – we would prefer a freestanding island. The access to the pantry through the kitchen was our idea since a door has to be somewhere anyway, and I think it is more complicated if the access is through the hallway...

In our current apartment, the corner is 46x47cm with EWI. Since we are planning without it, the support should be smaller, I think? Or does it not matter in terms of price whether the support is smaller or not there at all? We would find it a pity to have a meter of wall in the corner because it is the south side and you have a nice view of a small mountain...

We are not so fixated on the rectangular shape for the house design... but it is advantageous for the photovoltaics...

Spontaneously, the entire house (ground floor as well as upper floor) can be shortened by one meter on the plan left side. The bedroom is too large, the bathroom can be reduced to 12sqm, on the ground floor the pantry/toilet/wardrobe would need to be optimized and the cold storage room can also give up 2sqm or be combined with the workshop. Fireplace: overall costs are also in the five-digit range... By the way, you can't buy firewood anymore, except expensive or through connections...

It is already quite far from square, I think. And I have to say, with a small child, the middle of the rooms quickly fill up with toys. ;)

Then it's better not to have too much center space. :D

Currently, I would wish for a little more space in the middle so that I can find an even easier way between the climbing frame with slide, rocking horse, ride-on car, and a hundred Duplo bricks ;)

If the floor plan really already looks like this, I would simply reduce the length by 0.50m and the depth by 0.25m.
My blue lines would each correspond to -0.25m.

However, I would consider two things:
I find the access to the living/kitchen area too small/narrow.
I would place the chimney in the living room (above the children's room), half a meter to the right according to the plan.
