Include the width of the Pax wardrobe from Ikea in the floor plan

We have also planned wall niches for Pax cabinets. +10cm on each side. I plan to install precisely fitting cover strips later so that it looks nicely closed.

For plaster, one generally adds 2 cm to each wall. Then add skirting boards (the cupboard is normally notched out at the back, but not on the sides) another 1-2 cm. Tolerances are usually higher in masonry than in carpentry. So add another 4 cm for masonry, maybe 2 cm for carpentry. And that is per wall. So 8-20 cm would be reasonable, depending on the circumstances. But the best is to order after plastering; you can then add the skirting board.

And I would be really curious to know which Pax wardrobe combination adds up to 272 cm.

Don’t take it the wrong way, but that will never fit 100% perfectly around the corner like that. If you set up the dressing room as shown on the floor plan, it will fit. “Around the corner” means both walls have to be built, plastered, and wallpapered exactly to the millimeter. I predict that won't work because of the tolerances. If you want something nice like that, then have a built-in wardrobe installed there. That will be exact to the millimeter but will also cost more than Pax.

The Pax would be less of a concern for me than the floor space of the bed :D
