Hire someone who can do it because they were trained for it?!

Well, I thought it would work. It is the person from the construction company who plans houses.

Well, the person is obviously not trained for that. Normally, you have to complete a university degree and a bit more for that. The construction company sells you a product - a house. Professional and technical expertise is not necessarily required for that.

Just look at what your requirements are - does the floor plan formally meet your needs? Did you want a 30 sqm children's room? Do you want a city villa? etc. etc.
One more question... is the house really situated like that on the slope? How can then the ELG have windows in the kitchen and bedroom - or am I missing something?

Children's rooms are this big because the area on the second floor was already available. The house is not situated on a slope. The kitchen and bedroom of the granny flat have windows on the street side. The bathroom has a window facing the garden. It is not really a window but a light well. Our wishes have indeed been implemented. But the house does not look like the dream house. Therefore, I definitely need a few suggestions. Especially regarding the appearance and the hallway area. I do not find the entrance and internal staircase very appealing. And the garden side also looks like 0.0

It would be good if people actually stick to that.

A site plan and a north arrow are missing on the floor plans. Then, if it really is a hillside property, perhaps also a plan where the elevation levels can be seen.

It is also always useful to explain why the parents' bedroom absolutely has to be on the ground floor. You have already realized that this makes the upper floor very large.

It would also be good to know why there has to be a granny flat.
