Floor plan draft - What do you think about it?

Unfortunately, I only received the 5 drawings from the building planner. I will look into the site plan. The granny flat was actually intended for the parents-in-law, in case one of them ends up living alone. They do not live in the same town. Until then, the granny flat will be rented out. Bedroom on the ground floor - we did not want to have children and ourselves on the same level, and it is actually age-appropriate.

The planning doesn’t fit together at all. I would almost consider leaving out the basement and putting the ELG on the second floor or something like that. So these makeshift children’s rooms will cost you about €45,000.

Heretical question: are the many stairs on special offer?

Yes, take a look at the property plan, etc. Where is a garage or something like that supposed to go? And, is it even a hillside property after all?
