If you have that much choice, fine – then you can do it that way.
Only the room program is exactly what's missing!
Otherwise, 500 sqm is okay, good orientation. The rest is made by the infrastructure, not whether your sofa fits in a niche.
The selection is anything but large. But we have no time pressure at all. At least we know now that we won't manage with less than 500 sqm.
And wouldn't it then be better to change the 6.5? You have to come to the conclusion that it's stupid for watching TV...
Our thought process was this: with a screen diagonal x3 we would need about a 75" TV. That's fine. Our TV hardly runs anyway. There are more important things in life.
Oh, and you do that every evening in winter?
By the way, in summer the sun sets in the NW...
In summer you can sit outside anyway
And what about the heavy walls above? There must be some stability underneath?!
Maybe I thought too simply there. I was under the impression that aerated concrete walls wouldn’t have that much influence. And if necessary, beams or something similar. We’re not the first to want a large open space, are we?
Not to anyone. That’s called design and not everyone can do it. Architects who have those special qualities do it. Further knowledge is studied.
There are laypeople who have this fine sense and the ability to recognize and design 2D in 3D and vice versa.
To be clear one more time: the design is crap.
Yes, we know now. We will continue to torture pen and paper
We are of course grateful for further tips and experiences
