I want to build solidly and not have ETICS. For doors and windows with RC2/RC3 standards, the brick must meet certain requirements.

I drew the sketch with Homebyme. There I simply cannot find the function for creating a 2D drawing with dimensions.

Since it hasn't been answered yet: Where is the TV supposed to be? The wall would be 7 (!) meters away. Are you just "set" in a way that the cozy, comfortable is not for you? I find the discomfort screams at you when you look at the open-plan room. But if that's your thing, okay... But the living corner = dirt room of the garage is madness...

I agree with that. I also find the toilet right next to the dining table impossible, a bit embarrassing if guests need to go in between. Also, from the kitchen you then have a direct view of the toilet when the door is open. If such an open floor plan is desired, I would rather build something like, for example, the show home "Neo 312" from Fingerhaus in Bad Vilbel. There everything is also very open, but the toilet is right at the entrance and the kitchen comes only afterward.
