Take another look at my and Payday's contribution. 6m eaves height should not be a problem.

Unless the reference point is significantly below your base slab.

Building application has been submitted. If all goes well, construction should start in October.

It's just not possible to have a ceiling height of 2.7m, but as Payday wrote, 2.5m is also sufficient...

Hello, with 6 meters you will manage the eaves height, this is possible with 2 full stories without roof slopes.
