What exactly do you mean, not a storage room under the stairs but part of the guest WC?

In principle, I think the bathroom upstairs could be a bit smaller, then maybe it's possible to make the hallway downstairs wider. It's true that everything will be tight here.

Sorry, bring the post forward again. Do you have any other comments?

One idea that came from us was to swap the toilets and the entrance. Then the utility room might still be used as a cloakroom. Probably the floor plan would need to be enlarged in depth a bit so that the hallway doesn't become too narrow.

Throw out the 75 cm doors on the ground floor. I didn’t even know that something like that was still planned. I would definitely paint the door to the outside in the utility room. You have almost no space for shelves or a freezer. Please draw everything in.

What good is the big double wing door in the kitchen if you always stand with your back to it? You don't necessarily need it as a passage. I would install a large waist-high window there and plan a work surface. Outside, you would then also have a nicely sheltered corner with a wall at your back. That would be great for a bench or a lounge corner.

True, I didn’t even notice the doors. That really is a bit narrow. We would like to keep the door to the utility room, but it will probably be really difficult with the space.

Yes, we have thought about that too. That’s why there is a dashed line in the floor plan there. Just to have more space in the kitchen.

I just can't imagine how that should look right now.

150 sqm with 4 bedrooms, guest/office, guest toilet with shower and large utility room, 2 home office spaces – honestly, I'm surprised you don't also have a pantry and a sauna on the wish list. This 8 sqm kitchen – is that enough for you in the long run? The bedroom wardrobe – can you even stand in front of it and open it?

So I took up the basic idea and sorted it out a bit. Even though I went to 8.70 m in depth, only a 50 cm wardrobe fits. Utility room of 7.7 sqm is probably too small for you, but I find the 3 m kitchen even worse.
That really makes me ask: Is this still sensible or should you better leave it?
