That means replanning again. That definitely affects quite a bit, including the upper floor. So the technical room would also be a utility room as well as a hallway and cloakroom?! Nope, completely sufficient if necessary. For a storage room that is only partly intended for bulky items, you can even plan about 60 cm. Many plan to enter the pantry through it, which I am not a fan of at all. But as long as you have only about one meter and not a room, 60 is enough, just like a kitchen cabinet. We also, out of necessity, have the WC door at RBM 78?. That is even enough for my stocky husband, he lacks nothing. For the living area, of course, doors as wide as possible should be installed,

Can't you just plan the staircase along the wall on the side, with two quarter turns? Like in all space-saving houses? That's common in the Netherlands. Hardly anyone has anything else there. Then the room layout fits (albeit with some effort).

The same applies to you as can be read here https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundrissplanung-stadthaus-150qm-mit-satteldach-6-zimmer.47502/

What do you mean by that? The staircase is 2x quarter-turn = half-turn. It hardly gets more space-saving than as drawn. Where do you think you can save more? Example?

and with a crutch, laundry basket, baking sheet it gets tight. My parents have been cursing the only 75 cm door for almost 40 years

I cannot give an example, I cannot plan. I just had the thought that in the Netherlands most houses have the staircase along the side wall, then 3 rooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, and a gable roof converted with 2 rooms and a bathroom in the attic.
