I don't like the kitchen. With the L and the window layout, you face walls at all work surfaces.

Wanted to give an update here. We have made progress with the planning and adjusted the ratio of the floor space. We are actually quite satisfied with that. Managing to fit everything on a relatively small area (145m2). The guest room is relatively small, but should be sufficient for us. Only with the kitchen we are still undecided. As drawn, the storage space is not sufficient, so we are still considering how this can be designed differently.

We are actually quite satisfied with that.
I find the hallway a bit tight for 5 people. Everything will cluster at the narrow spot by the wardrobe cabinet. I would probably move part of the guest WC under the stairs so that the hallway can become wider. But then the stairs and everything on the upper floor would shift. Right now, I don't know if that would work out.
