For Bavaria way too cheap. Just the ancillary construction costs don’t fit. Where are the earthworks? The disposal? Outdoor facilities, retaining walls, etc.
Remember that in recent years there have been double-digit annual price increases for construction costs.
A path or stairs is no substitute.
Dad, I’m thirsty. The diaper is full. No quick dash into the house with the rest watched from the corner of the eye. Longer walking distance, longer out of sight. It’s more comparable to a playground visit. No eye on the children while cooking, but children’s noise in front of the therapy rooms.
You want privacy for yourself as well; the garden is living space.
You wouldn’t dream of putting the practice next to the bedrooms.
Do you need the practice in that size? Do you need the rooms under the garage or is it just like that since they’re there anyway?
The mentioned items earthworks, disposal have already been paid from own funds.
The planner estimates the outdoor facilities at about €50k, but in this context we want to focus more on the house floor plan and only marginally on the costs there.
Regarding the example with the children maybe the following objection:
During cooking the children should be inside the house. Later when they are older, it should be manageable to not watch them for a few minutes now and then.
Don’t know if that is really such a big issue. Do others also see it as a major drawback?
Also, the odd child’s scream should be bearable in a practice ;)
