Hello , actually, the house is now standing :) we are glad that despite some critical opinions about the construction project, we decided to go ahead with the building. Moving in is still planned for December / January, but the results so far are quite successful and also as we imagined them. After construction started, there were some hurdles regarding the procurement of materials, but as I said, rather small hurdles. We were able to take advantage of ordering/stockpiling some materials already after the building permit was granted.. :)

Because we were almost always on site ourselves during the shell construction work, a few changes have occurred. No sliding doors, larger windows in the area facing the street.. But the spatial layout in combination with the garage has remained the same.

also regarding the budget. Yes, we managed quite well with it. As of today, our own contributions turned out to be slightly higher, so we were able to reduce the total amount a little.
