Hello everyone,

we received our revised plan yesterday.
All our change requests have been incorporated, so we are very satisfied with the plan.

Our question to you mainly concerns our floor plan design. Should / Can / Must anything still be improved?
To recap the key points:
- 2 residential units
- Ground floor + top floor occupied by us (2 adults + children in the next few years, max. 3)
- everything else has probably already been mentioned

We look forward to your feedback.

Is it pixelated only for me? Could you maybe upload it sharper again?

Well, you or the planner keep repeating the same nonsense: now it’s a staircase that almost creates a division and strongly separates family life into living and sleeping levels. A large hallway without a wardrobe space for 5 people leaves plenty of room for shoes lying around or several dressers lined up next to each other.
The criticism regarding the granny flat/practice has not been addressed – so the criticism remains. What do you want to hear new now?

A house does not have to be mainstream hip - but that it looks sixty years old with a well-adapted garage extension, that would give me pause. Even in our Mennonite neighborhood, houses are built more fashionably. And although I haven't counted exactly, at a glance I am not sure whether the reconciliation of square meters with the budget was successfully pursued.
