yes and no. We recently dealt with the search for parking spaces when a practice temporarily expanded its rooms due to Corona by using a condominium. We had to prove parking spaces according to the updated usage key with the application. That was 3 spaces that could not be used for other purposes. I would not plan based on oral statements like "everything is easy."
The authorities always act according to the current legal situation.
It was communicated to us in writing that at present, no additional parking spaces need to be designated.
In our specific case, the parking space in front of the garage is sufficient.
How this will look in 5... years, of course, no one can tell me.
Due to the undesired mass sealing, I hope not to have to designate any more parking spaces until then.
But that concerns the future and can only be speculated about now.
