With the application, we had to prove parking spaces according to the updated usage key. That was 3 spaces, which could not be used otherwise. I would not plan based on verbal assurances like "everything's easy."

It was communicated to us in writing that at present, no additional parking spaces need to be designated.
In our specific case, the parking space in front of the garage is sufficient.
