So:
-the oven goes into the wall, then a cladding goes in front of it and the door is straight.
But it looks really funny

-I would like to "slide the door to the utility room around the corner and open the front door the other way round"

-A built-in wardrobe should go under the stairs. Otherwise, the space would be completely wasted.

-The drains are both above the guest/office? I haven't thought about that at all yet

Totally messed up? Start all over again?

What profession does the planner have here? Yes, new! There are fundamental mistakes. The thing with the chimney/sliding door? It can't and won't work. Your explanation doesn't explain itself either. If I had any knowledge, the chimney would be drawn rotated or the two wall stubs in a line. I also don't see a sliding door, I see a line separating living and dining. Where is a sliding door supposed to fit? Best regards

It may still be suboptimal on the plan, but in reality it will be much worse: the wall between the stairwell and the room would have to be standing on the steps for the space under the stairs to be free (where the nightstand is).

The planner is probably a big fan of M. C. Escher and has never seen a construction site.

Shifts are made on country roads before they pass through a village, but not on girders, under which superstitiously one wouldn’t even place a stove.

If the other short wall were "properly" opposite and the opening suite shifted linearly, then one terrace door would no longer open into the sofa; the one at the dining table should then be a fixed element – who needs two wheelchair-wide exits so close together?

The lintel of the front door visually hangs in the air on the hinge side. The facade setback from there might have a structuring effect in so-called "Bauhaus style," but with a gable roof it looks as if the attic floor for another ground floor was accidentally delivered. Cinderella’s doves will coo, the right architect is still sitting at home.

Hi everyone,

the house has been fundamentally changed and I would like to get improvement suggestions from you.

Attached is the latest version.

The placement of the chimney flue is still causing me some headaches, as well as
the furnishing and positioning in the living room.
We want to enlarge the windows on the upper floor to 1.26.

There probably won’t be many left, as the change was really very fundamental. Now the current status looks ready for approval.

Why? – it seems to me to be in a well-chosen spot, it should and could be moved a little further away from the ridge beam. What is supposed to be attached to the chimney: a cozy fireplace? – for a heating system it would actually be on the other side of the house.

I would then also take this into account on the ground floor (where it should also be ensured that the window in the kitchen and the faucet of the sink do not interfere with each other).

Would you have any suggestions for improvements to the floor plan?

Yes, it is a cozy fireplace that will occasionally be lit on weekends. We have not yet decided on a model.
