Hi everyone,
after a long time and some back and forth with several things, we are now moving forward with the plans.
We have a meeting with our planner at the end of the month and until then I would like to outline tips from you and prepare the drawing.

Attached is the current status with measurements. I have drawn an arrow with north at the bottom right.

Regards

P.S. If it doesn't work like this, I would upload the files somewhere else.

Who made this plan? Two drains right next to each other running through a room below, the wall on the upper floor not flush at all with an unnecessary offset, the same on the ground floor with the opened partition wall. The staircase running through the ground floor room is the cherry on top.
Best regards, Yvonne

Your planner should refund his tuition fee. Unfortunately, I cannot open the first plans, they must have been even worse if you have now made changes.

Maybe will still get in touch, she seems to know your structural engineer well and hopefully has good suggestions for you.

Back to square one!

This just won’t do. I fully agree with my predecessors, er, previous writers.
What kind of planner is this????

Very funny: the crooked sliding door around the stove (that’s supposed to be a stove, right?). He can’t be serious, can he? If someone installs such a sliding door in an existing building with unsurpassed DIY mentality, I would laugh and shake my head, but if this is planned like this, there is only one thing to do: dismiss the planner from their job immediately.
The staircase through the guest room... well... not ideal, but in a pinch you can make a built-in closet underneath.

I find the bathroom layout dreadful. When I enter through the door, I immediately stumble into the lower back of the person brushing their teeth at the outer sink. And the poor guy coming out of the shower and drying off in front of it is constantly at risk of having the door slammed in his face.

The cloakroom is rather useless since it’s practically unusable due to two doors leading to the toilet and utility room. Definitely impractical for a 4-person house.
