Is 20cm more possible?

No, it was correct. I meant the ground floor looks very similar in the arrangement of the WC, utility room, cloakroom, see:

Hello Katja, great design.

I like the ground floor even more, also that it moves more towards the square shape and thus (felt) looks nicer with the hip roof. But it might also simply be because I find it hard to imagine an elongated city villa. Usually, these rather rectangular houses have a gable roof instead of the hip roof. (Although for us, the roof shape is not set in stone; in principle, it could also be a gable roof).

Did you have specific cabinets in mind for the kitchen in the north? Because they can't be particularly deep.

What I don't like so much is the comparatively large hallway on the upper floor compared to the other design. A straight staircase just doesn't leave many possibilities.
Can you still give me the interior dimensions of the cabinets on the upper floor?

What do you think about the idea of integrating another room on the ground floor? Another example from BärenHaus (YOUNG FAMILY 125 WALMDACH) with a net area of 125 sqm, 8.6x9.09m:

In addition to the office and guest room on the upper floor?
How many (dream) rooms do you still want?
It's all tight and complicated to navigate. That may look normal to you in the sketch, but a 125 sqm isn't suitable for a collection of rooms.

So for you, a "city villa" belongs with a hip roof (actually more precisely a pyramid roof without a ridge)?

It’s the other way around: a gable roof "demands" a non-square rectangular floor plan, because a square one would appear narrower due to a perspective illusion.

If you look closely, it turns out to be a leftover area rebranded as a room, opposite which is a utility room downgraded to a storage room. That’s not exactly a gain.
