What do you think about the idea of integrating another room on the ground floor?

Where do you want to put another washing machine in the utility room, let alone hang your laundry, or do you dry everything (there are also items that are not allowed in the dryer)?

These are 30cm shelves. I would also prefer to put 60cm ones, but at some point you have to tighten the belt somewhere.

The internal dimensions are asking too much. But I can manage the external dimensions. In the bedroom: 3.30m x 0.60m, guest room: 2.80m x 0.60m, kitchen: 3m x 0.60m.

In addition to the office and guest room on the upper floor? How many (dream) rooms do you still want? It's all narrow and complicated to access. It may look common to you in the sketch, but a 125 model is not suitable for a collection of rooms.
