As in the right picture, it seems more convenient to me to drive out.

You are funny. If I had been more active in the forum back then, meaning had more time for planning, we would now be able to enjoy the sundowner in the sun in the evening in summer. But now with the south terrace, unfortunately, we are in the shade from 7 o’clock. The garage is in the northwest for us.

Doesn’t matter... there are more important things!

Yes, if this street is neither a race track nor a play street, it can be disregarded. But whether that is the case, I cannot tell from the pictures, only that in the left picture, driving forward will mean entering and driving backward will mean exiting (or virtuosic maneuvering).

Maybe the Vio is still good for inspiration:

It wouldn’t be my favorite now, but taking the office downstairs to the small house size is worth considering. However, I have to say that Fingerhaus advertises the Vio with 140m². But the exterior dimensions are hardly likely to differ from the original design.

Two living areas side by side? When you don’t like each other anymore, or what? Who would commit such a thing???

Okay, with a dining area instead of this crazy idea, it’s doable. But who on earth designs such interiors?
From time to time, public floggings still seem appropriate to me.

Well, hopefully the OP has the imagination to swap the second sofa for a table. Just like swapping the dining table for a kitchen island.

Maybe the designer actually wanted to draw a corner bench and didn't have a template in the program.
