My children help out all over the house. Admittedly not entirely voluntarily, but it is feasible for children to clean bathrooms that are used by everyone. Such must-haves seem rather strange to me. Parent's wing, open space, children's bathroom, back kitchen… These are all space hogs, which a house must be able to afford. With you, such a disproportion arises from the spaciousness above the dining table – without a real gallery that leads the airiness into the upper floor – and the rest is rather cramped with strange small windows here and there.Well, I do find this independence of the children, especially regarding cleaning responsibly on their own, quite desirable. I would like to keep that somewhat separate, after all, puberty also comes at some point, during which the house will be more heavily occupied temporarily ;-)
