- The room width is 1.65 m, so 1.05 m clear width is expected. I hope that is enough...

And creating an open space for a dining area and giving up a south-west room on the upper floor [OG] would really not occur to me.

To place the children's rooms facing northeast towards the street and to give yourself the master bedroom is quite a statement :D

- Indeed, it was not easy for us either, but the interior somewhat makes up for it. From our point of view, the airspace only made sense above the dining area facing southwest, as there is (at least currently) open field here. Above the living area, it would be too high for us – on the long side, on the other hand, we would offer the neighbors exciting views ;-) - Children's rooms: Living mainly takes place on the ground floor, so although we don't find the children's rooms located in the northeast perfect, they are basically bearable. In addition, both have good lighting and are almost equally sized. Thank you for your comment. What would be your idea for the layout?

I also see floor areas / corners there that are rather "empty calories," but due to lack of dimensions I cannot identify any botch pockets. Do you want to earn points for brazen excuses with this?

Oh, what a pleasant tone you have here! ... the positive criticism from some forum members really helps! Thank you for that.

What does puzzle me is that almost all professional publications manage without the much-praised dimension chains here. So, is there no professional audience present here after all, or are they just lacking the necessary etiquette, or is it perhaps just about a linguistically catchy bashing for some? Since I am new here, I am very curious whether there will be serious and well-founded contributions or if this will end in wild phrase-bashing. We shall see... but I hope for the former, which is why I have posted my contribution here.
