Floor plan design city villa, shallow-pitched roof

The dressing room is 11.7 sqm according to the plan.
But in a 130 sqm house, I would always plan without a dressing room.
The bathroom upstairs is also too big for the house size, especially since there is already a 6.5 sqm shower bathroom on the ground floor.
And maybe the kitchen on the ground floor to the north side in favor of the living/dining room in the brighter southwest. But hard to judge without seeing the plot.

The upper floor needs to be completely redesigned. Bathroom / dressing room / bedroom are excessively large overall and consume too much space without appearing spacious or being practical at all. Start with a redesign of the upper floor and work your way down to the ground floor.

I find the dressing room with a good 15 sqm quite wasteful for such a compact floor plan. Why not place the wardrobes against the wall instead of as an island? Then you could put a bench or something in the middle.

If everything fits, then just build it. You have the community feedback and it is clear, all 3 answers read similarly. The question is, what do you want? Confirmation or improvement.
