This is a bit unclear. All your wishes were implemented. At first glance, I also don’t see any blatant planning errors. The bedroom is in my opinion a bit tiny, and with a different staircase you might be able to get even more out of the upper floor. But we don’t know the development process and the premises that led to this plan. With a site plan, maybe more could be said.
Do I understand you correctly that you want a spectacular architect-designed house made individually for you, which stands out from the standard through sophistication and style? Then you have to pay the architect. Otherwise, tell us specifically the things you don’t like. Where is the problem?
Unfortunately, the wishes were not implemented, we need a large utility room because we don’t have an attic (flat roof), the hallway on the ground floor should be as small as possible — wasted space, a wardrobe should be planned, and the guest bathroom is too big. We have also been playing around with the staircase for ages. A half-turn staircase is also fine for us, we are open to that. The house entrance is on the east side and should be set as far as possible towards the south (carport on the east side). If we place the house entrance on the south side, we again waste a lot of space due to the hallway.
For the bedroom (bed and nightstands) we need at least one wall measuring 3.50–3.80 m. It’s just many little things that add up in the end and are frustrating. The company advertises individually planned houses, and accordingly I also expect a few own ideas on how the wishes could be implemented.
The fireplace is also out of place there, that’s where our couch should be……
Since it’s our second house, maybe we are approaching the whole thing a bit more strictly. o_O
