Yes, thanks... I already found it, but under the real estate company named after a flower. So the company doesn’t seem quite as inconspicuous and unreal after all. Nevertheless: one should spend some more time with the plan. The property is not simple. Are you allowed to put a carport or garage within the first few meters by the street?

A thread creator doesn’t necessarily have an online chat obligation for the rest of their life

In your property size’s case, that’s exceptionally possible, but not everyone can build their house as a detached flat

... which keeps a spot warm in the wrong place

Why is that?

You’re probably going about it the wrong way: without a creative own idea, or the ability to translate an abstract concept into a plan (which is no shame for laypeople, but then you need a more talented planner).

Look at my main criticism and “learn” from it: the route between the central distribution point (in the current plan in front of the children’s rooms, bathroom, and living room) and the “source” of the hallway aka front door runs abstractly diagonal through the floor plan – only “straightened” by two bends in the course to avoid running crooked. This connection needs to be shorter if the hallway area / hallway length is to decrease.

Bernburg, roughly speaking between Magdeburg and Halle.

You yourself know that especially in the first few hours their presence and responses to upcoming questions are important. Otherwise, the whole thread can pile up negatively.

He knows that by now. Waffling about it a fourth time doesn't help.

Take a look here

Yes, the song about the first 48 hours is sung by TV detectives in every episode

No, he is talking about a placeholder, as if it weren't that important whether it's incorrectly placed. Yet a placeholder is a dummy with only two already relevant properties: namely position (and mass).

Unfortunately, a distance of 5m must be maintained between the street and the garage. I could not find anything about a carport in the development plan.

I have taken the criticism on board and will consider it in the future.

For me, it almost looks as if we should start completely from scratch again. The question I ask myself is how do I get from what we want to the optimal floor plan? Should I rethink the house shape?

I’ll take a closer look at the link again.

It is usually treated the same way. Nonsense - no one has to wait here from their question until the first answer. That could also be difficult on weekends or during sports broadcast weeks. a) correctly identified; b) initially with a schematic arrangement of how the rooms should be positioned relative to each other; c) yes - especially the "bungalow" AND "hip roof" constraint is too tight in combination (i.e. it can still work, but as a mandatory requirement it is too restrictive).
