For me, it almost looks like we should start completely from scratch again. The question I ask myself is how do I get from what we want to the optimal floor plan? Should I reconsider the house shape?

Yes, the utility room was still missing. I meant the U at the bottom right in the room.

I think that is a K for children's room.

A new development area is currently being developed in our town. If I were to wait a bit, I could certainly buy one of these plots as well. However, it would then be significantly more expensive. That means at least €25 more per m².

Let's assume I take one of the plots in the north. Where the two large orange buildings are. They would certainly be easier to build on, right?
