The following points personally bother me, or I would have solved the following points differently: - the corner in the bathroom towards the children's room - generally the access and layout of the bathroom. I would place the door more centrally - I would remove the wall between the living area and dining area (back wall of the sofa), then the living area would also be sufficiently lit. Our open-plan kitchen has almost the same layout. - I would not make the passage from the garage to the house through the utility room, but through the wall/hallway next to the guest bathroom. You will thus ruin the entire storage space in the utility room. Is that a sliding door or a double door leading into the living room? What is planned in the room above the garage?
