Just because you want to build something similar doesn't mean every angle that flatters the parents has to be expanded... not to mention that some details, like panoramic windows facing south in the dressing room, are not well thought out here. A room like a child's has significant added value in this location compared to the planned rooms. And space for family simply has to be available in the hallway or in the living room as well. Children also have needs during the day that, for example, look somewhat different in the third year of life than those of an adult who likes to entertain guests. What's so bad about pointing this out to someone who just doesn't know any better?
