Hello Frederick76,

wow, you have really put a lot of thought into the house, great! It's nice that you want to get advice from other home builders.

You have even analyzed your daily routines based on your current apartment and are incorporating them into the house design, that’s excellent.

Above all: You will probably live in the house with your family for a large part of your life, so the most important thing is that you like the house and that the layout meets your individual needs. People live differently, there is no beauty or ugliness, good or bad here, it always has to be seen with regard to you. See the positive and negative criticism from other users as food for thought and check whether it fits your lifestyle. A house plan is, as you yourselves know, something very individual.

I have the feeling that some users (of course not all who leave negative feedback) do not evaluate objectively and target-group appropriately, but compare the house to their own.

Best regards

Your feelings are deceptive – I know that at least half of the critics here of the "children's things" don’t have children. But they are so empathetic that they can imagine themselves into it... and the daily routine will either quickly adapt to other locations and/or change in many ways with children as well.

My goodness, had a bad day? A sentence was added, and 11ant responded to it again. You could have just let it be, but instead, you bring up twice in two posts that it bothers you. Finally, once more, although the thread was long back on topic... If you hadn’t started with it again, the topic would have been off the hook long ago. Well done A tip: just let trash float by and don’t make an elephant out of a mosquito. Short off-topic remarks happen sometimes and also just belong... I’m not much better right now either, but I don’t have a problem with short off-topic remarks Either way, now I’ll be quiet...

An 11th?
If Climbee does not find my belief in the power of analog designing in this thread to be productive, then that is just a different opinion and that's fine too:

I have to admit, I already had the 11ant written down, but then deleted it again out of respect for you.

Oops, who’s on their period here?????

To be clear: I am also a pencil scribbler. But I don't find that worth debating and I also don't believe that pencil scribbling automatically produces a better design.
