Phew, really right next to the cars from the sauna and then immediately by the street... You have to think about that carefully, although my neighbor is completely fearless there, he regularly walks across his garage driveway after sauna sessions and chats on the street in his bathrobe. I wouldn't have put it quite that strongly. But the house measuring 16*14 m does not fit the small plot.

There are some properties in the area with pools as well. There will be quite a few adjustments in the coming years.

As already said, I would strongly recommend an architect who is familiar with the state building regulations and/or the development plan.
