I saw that the floor plans are hard to see. Attached, I am uploading them again in better quality.

By now, I also like something modern like that. I find the financial framework very, very high. How is it being built? Poured entirely from concrete or on supports? It would be interesting to find out. Such houses are often seen now in Croatia, Bosnia, or further south. I can't imagine that we're talking about millions there. It should be rather inexpensive to build. With today's and modern formwork technology.

The architect is from this region, [Vorlauf]. That is why it looks like this. However, he studied in Spain and I am friends with him. Some supports and beams are made of concrete, otherwise built with 25 cm bricks and a ventilated facade. The ceiling is constructed with a 20 cm reinforced concrete slab. The 20 cm ceiling will be suspended, where lighting, air conditioning with a built-in box, and controlled residential ventilation with Spiro will be installed. Furthermore, frameless sliding windows will be installed. I think the budget will fit well there.

What I might doubt. I can't imagine that building in AT can be so much cheaper.

Is there no site plan with the house ground floor on it?

I have no idea if prices in AT are that different from DE. But with the construction and the very high-quality equipment/building method, the budget in DE would currently only fit if it is net. If at all. I would estimate the house in DE with the wishes and the assumed quality (based on the wishes, appearances) at about €1.2 million. The frameless sliding windows alone will cost a nice five-figure amount (I estimate about €1,500-1,800 gross per sqm of window area). Then the elaborate construction, the expensive facade, etc. Also, this is not the cheapest interior fit-out. Outdoor facilities etc. are not yet included in the budget...

Does the western (right) neighbor have nothing against border construction?
