Floor plan city villa 146 sqm for 4 people with office

We are actually not attached to the square floor plan and are ready to change it immediately if a few nice ideas invite us to do so.

We can also do without the door to the kitchen or will most likely do so.

The arrangement of the furniture, kitchen, and items is by the designer, as is the bathroom. Therefore, do not necessarily take these as a reference, although I could have mentioned that in the initial post. A much larger table is planned as a dining table for later (initial ideas are around 1x2m, the family won’t be getting smaller).

Which staircase would you choose? Would you place it somewhere else as well?

We have also already thought about storage spaces and are a bit unhappy about it, simply because there is somewhat a lack of them.
