Floor plan change single-family house 150 m² due to stairs

If the window is lowered further like here, it should provide completely sufficient light.

Whereas an open staircase lets even more light through.

I will redraw that and try it out this weekend :)

I like it better this way, you have a great, spacious kitchen and dining area! With a 400 cm kitchen front, you can fit 360 cm of standard cabinets plus panels or plus a narrow cabinet. For symmetry fanatics when it comes to kitchen fronts, this is not ideal ;) The living room is also more than large enough at 25 sqm. In the WC, I would place the door in the center, the toilet under the window, and the sink opposite. That way, the door doesn’t stick so close to the wall.
