That was exactly my thought. The shower wouldn't be a "must" but would almost be practical in that narrow space.

Access from the hallway is probably possible, only I cannot move the wall between the dressing room/office because the window is in the way here. It might be possible around a corner, but then the dressing room would be without natural light.

Oh, I see. Would it not be possible to install an additional window for the office?

I'm afraid that this way none of the rooms would really benefit from natural daylight.

Oh, there is the balcony. Then I would widen the dressing room towards the back up to the window. Space for a mirror, etc., maybe a dressing table. It depends on how urgently the office is needed.

Can you please add the cardinal directions? Where is the garden, where is the street? Which walls are load-bearing? Where are drains / where are connections possible? Is there a basement? Is a living kitchen excluded?

I don’t understand the balcony. Is it only on the ground floor? Somehow, I’m missing the access from the office.

Then I would give the dressing room a bit more space and give it the existing window.
What about the windows in relation to the [Denkmalschutz]? Would it be allowed to insert a new window for the office? Where the balcony is?

Upper floor: how high is the knee wall? I’m missing the floor plan here. When I hear that the neighbor installed dormers during the renovation, I fear that the rooms on the upper floor will be quite limited by the roof slope. A storage space must probably already be included. Are dormers possibly planned here as well?

How is the basement accessible? Direct staircase? Or via outside access? I ask because there is very little storage space – the wardrobe will also be rather limited. If the basement is directly accessible from the ground floor, at least shoes could be placed on the stairs during visits, for example.
