A house with 11*9 m is drawn in the building envelope. The garage's BF is 6*6 m.
The general building envelope seems to me to be 12 m deep here, the approximately 11x9 m symbols are rather non-binding "serving suggestions" for placement. I suspect the special garage building envelopes to be 6x6 m (however, "subject to change"). Provided they comply with the alignment lines of the general building envelope, I do not consider a 7 m deep garage to be rejected here.
That is workable. Possibly then the budget will also suffice. A budget is a fixed number. One does not want to spend more. What is your secret? Can you spend more than you have or can get from the bank?
As a working hypothesis for the house’s floor area, I also find the 11x9 m of the symbol a good basis. As the OP already suggested, "two and a half" stories (or 12x10 m two stories without attic conversion) would, in my opinion, be a more appropriate size for the house. As already mentioned, a family with five children can also be accommodated in 190 sqm.
Is there a slope?
Many OPs tend to save the most interesting questions for last to answer themselves ;-)
The unfortunately still missing answer also holds the potential of the Hamlet question regarding a basement living area ...
