You're right there. I must honestly confess that I never calculated the planning in the initial post because it doesn't add up anyway. And when I hear that such a secret is made about the budget combined with "hopefully the basement is affordable," then you already know which way it's going. But I must also admit that at some point I had 9 x 11 in mind... The reluctance to deal with numbers at all comes, of course, when the user doesn’t respond to answers or seemingly reads or absorbs nothing mentally. I'm coming along.

Of course, the 5m garage should not be a double garage, but thanks for asking :) The fact that the whole thing wouldn't be cheap is the reason for the topic. Details are still being worked out. We have been looking for ideas for 3 children's rooms preferably on the upper floor and the wishes mentioned in the initial post. Naturally, not any bigger. How about the idea of making a loft studio with a master bedroom? Allows the edge lengths of the house to be reduced. Will people also be grilling upstairs in the summer in the EH 55 house then? Our references from the 90s rather say: better not.

Without clear statements regarding the budget, it is difficult to assess whether the "modeling clay" is actually only details. "Please speak in complete sentences." If the building volume becomes too expensive, this cannot be remedied by redistributing the areas. So reducing the base area dimensions and beaming the master bedroom from the upper floor into an attic above will not lower construction costs without an overall area reduction. In an EH55, an attic is not such a sauna as in the lifetimes of former chancellors.

The building plot shows a house measuring 11*9 m. The garage footprint is 6*6 m.

That is workable. The budget might then also be sufficient. A budget is a fixed amount. You don't want to spend more. What is your secret? Can you spend more than you have or can get from the bank?

With these dimensions, the garage in the east also works. Although I have never seen such a comfortable garage in the west in a development plan. Can it be approved like that????

Is there a slope?

That is not a garage either, that is - for now - a building envelope _for_ a garage ;)
