I don't like it at all either. The program and the design look better than the draft.
My "problem" is somehow the shape and orientation of the plot.
Why? It's quite nice! You can create something beautiful on any plot.
Our little problem right now is that we don't exactly know how to best start the plan. The plot is just a bit - strange.
Well, I once pinned a guide here. Unfortunately, the pin was removed over the years by the administration, so you can't find it anymore.
Where to start: 1. Without a computer! 2. Hand drawing 1:100 or for plots 1:200. 3. Mark orientation N, E, S, and W.
4. First, draw a rectangle or square for the building, divided into 3, 6, or 9 segments. 5. In this division, enter the rooms according to the desired orientation. 6. Then roughly move the building mass into the best position on the plot.
From there, designing begins.
