Hello everyone,

my building application has been approved and the shell construction will start in February/March.

The property is on a slope and goes down over the curve. Exactly at this corner our terrace is supposed to be. (Where the corner window is)
I have attached the site plan and the exterior view from outside.

I am aware that I have to support the terrace on the south-west side with 2-meter L-stones towards the street and the basement.

However, I don't fully understand some points in the development plan.

Am I only allowed to put 1-meter L-stones towards the street? Does it then have to be done as a 2 x 1 meter slope?
Is it permitted to install a privacy fence on top of the L-stones?

I have a height difference of about 4 meters and do not quite understand how I should solve this.

Do you have any ideas on how to implement this elegantly and secure and fence the terrace?

Thank you very much for your suggestions

Best regards
Kadir

I have here inserted the orientation of your floor plan from your previous thread into the site plan (in the faint hope that the situation of this, in my opinion, still excellently misplanned house on the plot will become more understandable)

11ant,

the floor plan still fits about 95%. Only a few small changes have been made. We actually like our floor plan and the planning well. There are always compromises.

We still want to have the terrace at the corner and fill it up. Afterwards, a concrete staircase should go down to the lawn.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to build it? How high is it allowed to go directly by the street with L-shaped stones?

If there is already a building permit, the architect must have submitted an approvable solution. Which one is it and what is disliked about it? Quite clearly, regarding the street-side property boundary(ies), I read that you are allowed to build up only one meter in total (up to the top edge of a possible fence, so the sum of stone base and fence) above the natural terrain there. How far from the street-side property boundary you are then allowed to step up further, I have not clearly read yet. But even for the two meters then, it should apply that the height of a base does not add to the total height of the top edge.
