Thanks for the compliments!

:
- Living area: approx. 205
- Usable area: approx. 105 (including partially finished basement/ guest room, playroom, guest shower bath/ double garage but rather small for 2 cars, actually intended more for 1 car plus bicycles, tools, lawnmower, etc.)
- Floors: legally 1.5 (practically 2 full floors/ ground floor: 2.95m, upper floor: 2.65, basement: 2.45)

Best regards

Ok, then my first impression about the over 200m² was not wrong.
Are the 2.95m on the ground floor ceiling height or without the ceiling yet?
If they are the ceiling height, is it a special dimension or not?
I once noticed that in a show home village when the ceilings seemed very high to me, and the contact person on site explained that they were intentionally set higher. But I really liked it... you immediately get a different sense of space, as I found. Of course, then windows, doors, etc. are all special dimensions...

Yes, ceilings are clear room heights and intentionally built that way (extra). As a tall person, I simply feel much more comfortable when I have space above and don’t have to duck my head (even with a hat ;-9) when I walk through the door frame. Windows, doors, and interior doors (228) are all adjusted to the height. But they were not standard items anyway. We also intentionally designed the wardrobe/hallway area to be quite airy so that we don’t constantly step on the kids’ feet while coming in/out/changing. Others would say wasted space. But yes, of course, it is luxury.

Hats off, I really like it. Yes, the ceiling height makes a big difference. I just can't currently estimate to what extent something like that naturally causes an additional cost

It will become clear when it's time for me.

I don't remember the exact figures either, but a salesperson once mentioned a few euros per door (only for the interior doors), which would have amounted to iirc 500 euros for the entire ground floor - for physically not so small people, definitely something worth considering...

Yes, that is already sufficient as information. Thank you. Ultimately, it depends on the house shape, construction method, and so on, to what extent it would then cost percentage-wise compared to standard versions. I am nearly 1.90 meters tall and would not call myself very tall but also not small. I only really felt very comfortable in the show house because it gave me the impression that it is not oppressive. Precisely for that reason, because everything appears larger, it is done there to give potential buyers possibly a better impression. Those who do not ask might not notice and could be deceived. @ Lassemann p.s. in your second picture on page 14 in the first post, you can see it now as well, if you know it. Difference between house and garage.
