Feedback on our floor plan idea, small building window

We have 3 m clear height and also oversized doors including double-wing door --- in our old building apartment :P. In the new building we don't want (can?) to afford that, even though it is without a doubt very nice.

it has now been almost 7 years since we moved into our house in October 2015. A lot has happened since moving in. Defect repairs, outdoor facilities, communal driveway, garden shed, garden area, sun protection, various installations. Each topic was a project in itself. And somehow it was always fun too.

We feel very comfortable and this year we also got a new member with fur. :-)

For those interested here in the chat - if your forum is still active - a few pictures of the house with a grown-in garden.

How did I even come up with this? We are considering building a biopool at our after-work terrace. See the attached plan
