So, after a little time I wanted to give an update again. We have had conversations and visited a provider, the next one is scheduled for Sunday. Although we already liked the floor plans for the most part, since not everything we wanted was included, we set to work ourselves and designed something. If anyone could give feedback, I would be happy, of course especially improvement suggestions. We have not planned the windows yet; there should be a few more in the end, but for now it was about the room layout. A canopy is to extend over the entrance from the bay window on the north side, we have not planned the first floor yet either, for now it’s about the ground floor (because that is more complicated to plan). Many thanks in advance!

Best regards
Julian

The ground floor usually depends on the upper floor, not the other way around. And the staircase is one, maybe even THE, central pivot point. They belong to the rooms. Adding them later won't look good – and they must also fit the upper floor. P.S. Slanted walls are (almost) always annoying in planning and only a last resort to cover up problems. And now one more question: What kind of rooms do we see here on the ground floor?

The original post is missing ... you are simply not in the floor plan planning section, but only in construction planning. Site plan, surroundings, floor plan labeling.

Maybe you could tell us what you don’t like about the Artis 300.

Without knowing your needs: there is nothing good about it.
You can’t even get to the sink. The statics are questionable, living area too narrow, dining area too large, toilets cannot be used in a room corner, pantries are not planned in a "finished" room, which causes the room to have a deficit.

I actually like the floor plan, but I really don’t like the straight staircase that you have to walk around. And I would like to be able to separate the kitchen with a sliding door, which would be conceivable but complicated with the Artis.
