So we have had open wardrobes for years. And we don’t want to miss them. You can see the clothes and without piles etc. it’s simply more fun. No more piles. Partly the condom method in drawers. The dressing room is also the passage to the bedroom for us and not a separate room. It’s more about the restlessness of open wardrobes in the bedroom which is just not acceptable!

Currently, we have south-facing windows. We have never observed fading. In the future, north-facing windows.
Pax instead of Ivar or shelves: If you want classic clothes rails, you need 60 cm depth.

Currently, each of us has 2.50 m, in the future it will be 2+3 m. Same length, just a different distribution. It will be enough, since currently we still have seasonal change jackets, partly shoes, garden stuff etc. inside, for which we will have a cloakroom, utility room, etc. in the future.

Wow, you really have a lot of space. Has it paid off so far?
We love our small separate dressing room (15m2) located directly between the bathroom and bedroom. We just disagree on the furnishings. My husband prefers closed wardrobes. I would prefer open wardrobes, especially to see the clothes at a glance. I also think you can keep things well organized with such wardrobe elements. What do you think?

I'm considering setting up the room divided in two: a wardrobe or wardrobe system with sliding doors for my husband and those great elements from Frank wardrobe systems as my part of the dressing room...

Funny, my wife also wants an open system while I prefer a closed cabinet. However, in our case, it is about cabinets directly in the bedroom. If there were a dedicated dressing room, I would also agree with an open system.

yes, we are happy about the space. Our house is also somewhat larger than average, so that was easily possible. Everything is closed here so that the sun does not fade the clothes. Dust is less of an issue thanks to the controlled residential ventilation.

An open system directly in the bedroom is poison for everything! Who wants to look at an organization system in a place that should be cozy and harmonious?! Your wife should think that over again. Open systems are stylish in separate rooms, nowhere else!

I have already told her that in very diplomatic terms. But she wants it that way...
