Do you still see optimization potential in the ground floor?

I would rather call it a "need": the wind tunnel between the garage and the house will bring you a lot of joy. How exactly should one imagine a staircase that has white risers on wooden treads but is supposed to have a folded structure look? – as "folded structure look" I only know that the treads meet the risers without an overhang; how do you want to achieve a change of color "mitre-style" there?

That is phrased somewhat awkwardly. We had the staircase in folded plate design offered completely in wood or alternatively with projecting tread in oak and riser in white. We decided against the folded plate design.

How could the "Bedarf" be optimized? Would a shorter roof ease the situation? I find it somewhat difficult to assess.
