Thank you very much for your feedback and suggestions...
We ourselves still find the window topic too wild and the many different sizes make it look very restless. At that point, we will certainly want to make improvements again.
Regarding the kitchen/living room swap, it is very important to my wife to have the kitchen at the top of the plan or towards the street. One idea we want to revisit is moving the study to the basement to have more space on the ground floor. But I agree with you, it would have a certain charm to stand at the entrance door and then be able to look through the kitchen into the garden. The short distances between the kitchen and the garage would be another advantage. We would lose the freestanding kitchen island measuring 3 meters at a width of 4.31 m.
We are currently waiting for the final cost calculation ourselves, so at the moment we cannot give you exact € figures.
Indeed, we have given little thought to how the all-purpose room appears. The top priority was not to waste too much space on it. To enhance the room, the idea has now come up to install a left-turning open concrete staircase in a folded structure design with a railing for the children.
The living room sofa + dining room approximately correspond to the real furnishings. A couch ottoman with the dimensions of 90 cm x 90 cm is missing.
Great idea with the half-height wall and the glass panel; we will definitely want to discuss that with our general contractor at the next appointment.

I can’t say much about the floor plan, others are more qualified for that, but I find the exterior views – southeast and southwest – somewhat still a bit inharmonious (I also cannot enlarge the floor plan to read everything).
May I ask with how many € you have calculated the windows? Especially the 6-m window?

I find that the access to the all-purpose room has not received any attention in the plan at all. It really doesn’t deserve that (nor does the landing staircase).

The 7.19 m length (living room) should be practically furnished once to determine that it is not as generous as it seems.

For the shower upstairs I would definitely only build a half-height wall and then install a glass panel. Otherwise, it will be very dark there. Otherwise, I find the corner bathroom really interesting.
