What is your situation .. left (1) or right (2) side of the street = blue? KG would be omitted for you and is only optionally entered here. And the ground floor must probably be positioned in such a way that in case 1 it slopes down to the street but OK with the highest point of this terrain slope there, then leveling for the floor slab. In case 2 it is filled up to street level, then ground floor slab and planned to slope down again to the right.

And, does the property even fall within the area where I+D apply?
Situation 1 would be the case for us. But our wish would then be that the ground floor is not level with the street, but lies at approximately 2/3 of the terrain rise (it’s hard to tell from the drawings since the house almost covers the entire plot). (Schematic as in the attachment). And in this scheme, nothing is marked with 70 cm. How high may my floor be above the underlying street in situation 1? That is the question.
The plan applies uniformly to the entire area.
