And exactly what part of the development plan shows that it is not covered?

We will probably do that then. Thank you!

Well, you are quite something. Of course not. You were advised to submit a preliminary building inquiry.

Just post the complete development plan with plan section etc. here. Then you will also get well-founded answers.

The bungalow results more implicitly from the fact that we only want to build a maximum of 80 sqm. Distributing that over two levels is rather not so sensible. Yes, I already see that there is simply too little information currently to really say anything. We’ll stay on it. Thanks to everyone for the feedback.

Attached. I have already uploaded the relevant excerpt for my question. So far, no one has said that the entire thing is necessary. The property is the one at the top right on the outer corner.

Thank you for the plan.

Is it house number 25?

For you, the following applies

since you want to build without a basement, you should argue that your ground floor is even set lower.
I cannot see from the contour lines that there is a higher level. Perhaps you have a photo that shows this.

Yes, exactly number 25. But why does this apply? If without a basement, shouldn't the right side (I+D) apply or not? So it’s not a separate level, but the first slope is just a bit steeper than the rest of the property.
