Here is the plot with the not 100% accurate dimensions but it should be sufficient for here. The red line in the north is the property boundary. Otherwise, the black lines are the borders.

Yes, at the moment we are leaning more towards a hip roof. I will get elevations this week and can then upload them. PS: On the garage no hip roof, but a flat roof.

A house whose front follows the northern boundary line and the roof only "skewed" follows.

What surprises me a bit, it says hip roof. I had expected a flat roof. A gable roof would also still work. But hip roof with that length? Do you already have elevations?
