Do I hear sarcasm? If you don't get the answers you expect, then they should make you think or you have to ask different questions.

So hopefully the plot "bought as seen" appears to be usable. But there is no building ground survey, worst case it is only affordable because of swamp, rock or slope (?) Always gladly, even if I wouldn’t praise it so exuberantly. A thread opener is not a thread owner. Deleting the efforts of those responding would be impolite both to them and to the readers. Asking for free - getting publicly answered, that is the deal on the internet.

The property has only been blocked so far, not bought. What is supposed to be rude about deleting? Unlike all other online forums, I cannot correct the basics, which have rightly been criticized.

I would like to do that, but the original post and the table are not editable.

I just explained that. We would gladly leave the bad habit of subsequently emptied initial posts to the Green - it is already disturbing enough there. Just start a new thread and link the two together, done.

My tip as well: just start a new thread. And then leave out Danwood and get information about all kinds of providers (Town & Country can also build cheaply – if you make concessions). And show us the plot – e.g. with an excerpt from the development plan (name the development plan, then we can check things there as well).
