I would also plan with Ikea for comparison. You can find all the kitchen appliances online and then you have a comparison. Drawers are expensive but make the kitchen much more usable, so you should not do without them. Apothecary cabinets, corner cabinets, lazy susans, or pull-out cabinets should only really be used if there is no other option, as they are very expensive. The same goes for gimmicks like interior cabinet lighting or lots of glass. For the appliances, I would take the cheapest that meets your requirements. However, I would not do without induction, pull-outs at the oven, an oven that is easy to clean (not pyrolysis), and a 0-degree zone in the refrigerator. Appliances like microwave, coffee machine, and steam cooker should be bought standalone and not integrated. But these are probably things you are already aware of. Detailed tips can only be given with a concrete offer and the planned layout. Is self-assembly an option for you? Then you can save a lot with some providers.
