We decided on an extraction hood and believe me, you can really heat up well when a good extraction hood is running!

Also take a look at Novy from Belgium (picking up saves quite a bit more). They have the level of Gutmann and Berbel but cost noticeably less. They are hardly widespread in Germany.

Thank you for the tip. We already ordered the Berbel Skyline last year. Novy was also a strong candidate with a kitchen builder.

One opinion is - sounds almost like a "law".

We have now ordered a exhaust hood, which can also do recirculation - let's see what will be installed (at first). But when I look at what the Skyline costs - sorry, the devil must be biting me.

At some point, the technology can't get better, only the manufacturer's profit margin bigger.
See Thermomix or Vorwerk, although Vorwerk is still somewhat useful.
